Startup CFDs broker YWO appoints Mateusz Wyka as CEO

YWO, a new player in the CFD brokerage market, has brought on Mateusz Wyka as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Wyka joins YWO after several roles across trading and operations. He spent four years at Exness, one of the best-known online brokers, and left in early 2025 after serving as Senior Trading Operations Manager within the Trading Operations team.

Over the past year, he worked as Group Head of Operations at Scale Final, a Cyprus-based company that provides marketing software solutions. Earlier in his career, he also held positions at Credit Suisse and E&Y in Poland.

YWO runs ywo.com through subsidiaries licensed in South Africa, Mauritius, and Comoros Union, while day-to-day management is largely handled from Cyprus.
