ATFX hires SquaredFinancial alum Muntaser Halaseh as VP Sales MENA, adding an experienced executive to lead regional sales at ATFX.
ATFX appoints former SquaredFinancial executive Muntaser Halaseh as VP Sales MENA
ATFX has brought on Muntaser Halaseh as Vice President of Sales for the MENA region.
Halaseh joins the retail FX and CFDs broker after about a year at SquaredFinancial, where he served as Regional Director for MENA. Before that, he spent five years with Equiti Group in Amman, Jordan, as Vice President of Sales.
Earlier in his career, he held banking roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Housing Bank for Trade and Finance, Capital Bank of Jordan, and HSBC.
ATFX runs operations from several global hubs, with key offices in Hong Kong, Dubai, and London. The company is led by Chairman Hiu Keung (Joe) Li.
Halaseh also shared the news of his move to ATFX on LinkedIn. In his post, he said he's proud to join ATFX MENA as Vice President of Sales and described the move as a step centered on performance, accountability, and long-term growth.
He also stressed that strong foundations matter most in this business, especially for sales teams, traders, IBs, asset managers, and startups looking for liquidity. In his view, brokers need stable, scalable technology, true Tier 1 liquidity, and disciplined risk management to perform well, protect clients, and grow across different market conditions.
He added that long-term success in the industry comes from solid systems, not promises, and said he's looking forward to relocating to Dubai, building new partnerships, and creating value across the region.
